FastAccessMD™ does not access, store, transmit, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Our platform facilitates scheduling and appointment coordination between patients and independent healthcare providers. We do not have access to medical records, clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance information, or any other health information exchanged between patients and their healthcare providers.
The information collected by FastAccessMD™ in connection with scheduling services — including patient name, contact information, and appointment preferences — is used solely for the purpose of facilitating appointment scheduling and is governed by our Privacy Policy. This information is not Protected Health Information under HIPAA.
Healthcare providers who use the FastAccessMD™ platform are independent professionals responsible for their own HIPAA compliance obligations with respect to their patients. FastAccessMD™ does not act as an agent of any healthcare provider and assumes no responsibility for the HIPAA compliance of any provider listed on our platform.
By using FastAccessMD™, you acknowledge that this platform is a scheduling service only and that any clinical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is solely the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider you select.
